MARGARETH DEGELING, MANUEL AZARO
Margareth Degeling artist works according to themes, in which each concept is leading for the technique she uses. The exhibition 'The New World Order' concerns the consequences of climate change.
On display are paintings and photography, but also an installation of various objects, in which plastic toys, disposable products and packaging materials are incorporated. Margareth Degeling (1960, Hoorn) lives and works in Leusden. She has participated in 5 International Biennials of Contemporary Art and this year in the Triennial of Tijuana in Mexico. In addition to being a visual artist, she is the founder and art director of Museum MAC House Leusden.
Manuel Azaro is a surprising young artist who has a great imagination, a rich inner world and a unique visual language. His work continues to amaze and enchant. For this exhibition, the artist has made colorful paintings, as well as a video “The New World Order”, in which he sings and raps the 'plastic soup' in a special way. Manuel Azaro (1995, Zeist) lives and works in Leusden . In 2015 he participated in the 'Art Brut Biennale' in Hengelo. In addition to being a visual artist, he is an employee of Museum MAC House Leusden.
